Water – The Weight Loss Solution
Wed, Jan 25, 2012
Drink more water it’s good for you. We’ve all heard it, from parents and healthy friends alike. But did you know that drinking the right amount of water everyday can make you lose weight? Something we take for granted, that costs next to nothing, something we come into contact with every single day can have an incredible effect on a body trying to lose weight.
We are all slaves to our eating habits, the amount of food we take in all has a direct effect on our metabolisms. This is about fat, the way we store it and how by doing something as simple as drinking a few extra glasses of water a day we can minimize our bodies fat storing ability.
Let me explain. You have two main organs that process fat, the kidneys and the liver. The kidneys need a lot of water to function, if they don’t get any then they don’t work. This means we now have only one organ processing fat; the liver. It’s not happy, the fat it’s supposed to be processing is instead being stored because of the work overload. Our liver really wants to use up all the bad fat, but it can’t because it’s dying of thirst.
It seems so logical, but we all still struggle to do it. If you drink more water, your kidneys and liver will jump into action processing fat for you all day and all night long. Not only will your metabolism speed up, but you help purify your body and get rid of excess toxins that can make you feel tired. If you are less tired you can exercise more.
Water is a natural appetite suppressant too. The more water you drink the less hungry you will feel. Drinking a glass of water before eating will make you fill up on food quicker. Water improves your skin tone, improves thought processes and keeps you healthy. Then why do we still not drink enough of it? I’ve never heard anyone in a restaurant say, “I could really go for a nice cold glass of water,” have you? It’s so normal to ignore it, it doesn’t taste sweet or sour, it’s colorless and comes from a tap. We would rather drink coffee or coke.
I think drinking as much water as possible, never less than 8 glasses a day, would help shape your body into the body you want. More energy, less hunger and a guaranteed drop in your weight sounds like a fair trade for crossing to the tap once in a while.

I agrree that water is a good theraphy and helps us to eliminate more toxins in our body which comes from the food we eat.it is colorless but the best thirst quencing ever. try to drink more for healtier you.
