Boob loss during weight loss
With a smaller body comes smaller breasts but ladies, there is a way of enlarging them once you’ve shed the weight.
Since your boobs consist mainly of glandular tissue and fat, exercising won’t increase their size but it can increase the size of your pectoral muscles which in turn can give your breasts a bigger appearance and firm them up a little. This can be achieved by doing push-ups and by pulling a heavy object, attached to a rope, down to your chest whilst sitting. Bench press at the gym or on your own machine at home, it’s not just for men you know. Having a stronger chest area is likely to improve more than your size. Your posture will improve and along with that is the added bonus of sag prevention – that’s right, bigger pectorals reduce the aging process.
Lets have a look and see what simple exercises you can do at home:
Swimming – The simple act of swimming on a hot summers day can do a lot to strengthen and improve the muscles that will cause your boobs to look bigger. The natural resistance offered by the water is excellent for chest exercises, not only this, but all in the comfort of your own home.
On a chair – Try pushing your palms together with as much force as you can. Hold it for five seconds and release. This exercise can be done anywhere and repeated any number of times. Or, try holding your hands together, stretched out in front of you. Pulling up and back should gradually work the chest muscles. You can repeat this as many times as you like, just be careful of over toning yourself, your boobs will actually appear more masculine in shape.
Please remember that each of us is made differently and that no amount of exercise can knock you up three cup sizes. Unfortunately, when we lose weight we do lose boob mass. But it’s worth it for a healthier lifestyle.
